Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clear, predictable terms for changing or cancelling your appointment.
Appointment Confirmation
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is payable after the appointment. Appointments are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice. Your advance payment is carried over to the new time, subject to availability.
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the appointment receive a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment mean the advance is retained, as the slot and travel time were reserved for you.
Late Arrival or No Access
If access is not available at the agreed appointment time, the therapist will wait up to 20 minutes. Beyond this, the appointment is treated as a late cancellation and the advance is retained.
Cancellation by the Therapist
In the rare event that the therapist must cancel or reschedule, you may choose a full refund of the advance payment or a new appointment time at your convenience.
Illness
If you or the therapist are unwell, please reschedule. Health-related rescheduling is handled without penalty.
